We operate a 6:45PM cut-off for same day postage, Monday-Friday. And 2:30PM on Saturdays. This means all orders placed before and cleared by 6:45PM Monday-Friday and 2:30 on Saturday are dispatched the same day and typically delivered the next day.
For the sake of efficiency there are no exceptions or grace period with this cut-off time.
Refund policy pertaining to order issues:
In the instance incorrect or missing items arrive, we offer a 100% refund or reship on the sole condition video evidence is provided depicting you, the buyer, opening the sealed package, thoroughly showcasing and emptying the contents. However, on smaller orders we may be willing to waive the requirement for video evidence at our discretion, considering the buyers history and reputation.
Refund policy pertaining to delivery issues:
In the rare instance an item does not arrive due to an admin error from our side, such as an incorrect address (incorrect building number or postcode) which has not been agreed upon beforehand with you, the buyer, we offer a 100% reship.
This clause does not apply to instances where, for example: The building number or name and postcode are stated on the label exactly as provided by you (the buyer), with the alteration- either addition or removal- of a word(s) due to the address search feature when creating labels on the Royal Mail Website. Any such alteration of words for building names suggested by the Royal Mail website will be deemed to be correct.
However, should the Royal Mail address search feature when creating labels suggest a different building number, postcode or name altogether- You (the buyer) will be contacted at the first instance to clarify the address.
In the also rare instance an item is never scanned at all by Royal Mail, we offer a 100% refund or reship after 7 working days have elapsed. If the item is initially scanned showing it to be in the possession of Royal Mail (such as a mailing centre, MC) or by a 'We've got it status' but does not receive any further scans- no refund or reship is offered as we have 0 control over Royal Mail's internal logistics.

We are more than happy to provide you with a tracking number for your order. We understand it's importance in planning your day.
The most efficient way to do this is by providing an email address or phone number at checkout which will be used by Royal Mail to send you your tracking when they scan your parcel.
Alternatively, you can reach out to us using the 'contact' tab, selecting a medium of contact and sending us the delivery postcode.
